Application Forms

For ISIN allocation to a financial instrument a Client is to send a filled Application according to the stated form.

If the Application provided by the client does not contain all information about the instrument and its issuer or the provided information is not enough to identify the instrument NSD has the right to request from the client to provide the following:

• A copy of a registered decision of an issue and/or a copy of a prospectus of issue, or a copy of any other document which is required for securities registration or issue;
• A notification of a source of information presented by a Client.

CFI code is assigned to a financial instrument simultaneously with the allocation of ISIN for the instrument.
